Payment can be submitted using your credit or debit card. Payment is processed via Google Checkout. Payment via Google Checkout is 100% safe and secure. It is also the quickest and easiest way to pay on-line.

What shipping options are available?
Shipping methods will vary dependent upon the product. Please see the product's description for accurate shipping details. Generally Truthium will ship USPS, UPS, or Fedex, with tracking information provided upon shipment confirmation.

How long will it take for me to recieve my item?
All orders are processed in an expeditious manner. Estimated shipping times are displayed in the description of each product. You will receive an updated and more accurate ETA upon shipping confirmation. When your order is shipped you will receive tracking information. Generally, expect to wait no less than 3-5 days, and no more than 15 days for your item.

All orders placed through Truthium are 100% safe and secure. Is this or that item in stock?
All items are generally in stock and ready for shipment directly from Truthium purveyors. If an item is out of stock, it is usually removed upon notification.

Can I return my product for a full refund?
You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of error on the part of Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com. This is very rare. Simply contact Truthium via e-mail with "Return/Refund Request" in the subject line. Your item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order for your return request to be validated and your refund processed.
