ORDERING THROUGH THE SITE
After placing an order, you will receive an email from Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com acknowledging that Truthium has received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Nor does this mean that your credit card has been charged, instead the total amount of your order will be AUTHORIZED. Your order constitutes an offer to Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Truthium, and Truthium will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the processing of your order (the “Order Process Confirmation”). A contract with us will only be formed when Truthium send you the Order Process Confirmation. At this point your credit card will be CHARGED. The contract will relate only to those products whose reservation Truthium has confirmed in the Order Process Confirmation. Truthium will not be obliged to reserve or supply any other products which may have been part of your order in a separate Order Confirmation. Truthium reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before Truthium has accepted it and Truthium may rescind it's acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be very rare. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Truthium contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite the best efforts, some of the products listed on Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com may be incorrectly priced. Truthium will normally verify prices as part of it's dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, Truthium will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com, Truthium will normally, at it's discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Truthium is under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after Truthium has sent you an Order Confirmation or a Order Processing Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.
On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that Truthium may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.
On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com, but the product is no longer available in our or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory. You agree that Truthium may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if Truthium is unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.
SHIPPING
The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, Truthium endeavors to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, Truthium commences shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has ³shipped,² marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed by contacting us or using the tracking number to track the package(s) via the courier's website or customer service line. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.
REFUNDS
You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of error on the part of Truthium.co.cc or Truthium.ecrater.com.
If the return is not a result of our error your request for a refund will be denied.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees, if the wear is significant, the item will be shipped back to you, and your refund will be voided. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery may only qualify for refunds of up to 80 percent.
You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us on time. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but to be on the safe side, we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days dependant upon how many products are awaiting inspection), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Truthium.ecrater.com or Truthium.co.cc are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
